Foods that should be avoided by people with type 2 diabetes

For people with diabetes actually no foods are specifically banned, only the dietary adjustments that need to be noticed and lifestyle, especially for people who are obese
A diet or meal planning for diabetics should be set or to be 6 times a day that is 3 big meals and 3 small meals as an example:
1. The first big meal or breakfast.
2. The first time a small meal between breakfast and lunch.
3. The second big meal or lunch.
4. The second small meal time between lunch and dinner.
5. The tomb of the third or dinner.
6. Eat three small time 2-3 hours after dinner and try to sleep at least 2 hours after the tomb.
This is to prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia.

Eating should vary between morning, noon and night in order to obtain a balanced nutritional value and should choose foods with a composition of 60-70% energy from carbohydrate, protein 10-15%, 20-25% fat. Specifically for people who are obese should really adjust your diet and lifestyle to avoid the occurrence of complications, especially cholesterol, heart disease, and stroke.
1. Do not eat a sweet candy, chocolate, and a salty snack or containing high salt.
2. Avoid fast food with carbohydrate content and fat content is high.
3. Should do regular exercise with a minimum of 15 minutes each day.
4. Should consume more fresh fruits and vegetables.
5. Eat less meat locker with marine fish that have been proven free of cholesterol.
